- Why is "Ceara" such an interesting area? -

Ceara has been a brazilian state forgotten by the brazilian government, Brazilians and international tourists.

Since 4 years it is changing a lot. Small fisher villages started to attract international tourists, and have been growing since then. What started slow, is now growing at the fastest rates possible.

About 1 year ago some bigger projects have been realized and even bigger projects are in the make right now. Along the coast of Ceara, mainly from Fortaleza until far behind Jericocoara, lots of land has been sold to investors, and more and more projects will be build.

Still there are few properties, which can be bought at an interesting price. Smaller properties for sure have higher prices than big properties with several hectars. So for big investors the profits can be gigantically.

But why does Ceara attract so many people from around the world to invest and live in this area?

Ceara has a lot to offer to make your life more convinient. The average temperage during the day is about 30ºC, during night about 26ºC.

The water has very pleasant 29ºC. During dry season you have almost daily sunshine with a beautiful, blue sky. The rainy season starts around March and lasts until May, sometimes June. This doesn't mean it rains daily during rainy season, there can be weeks without rain in between, but still the temperatures are pleasant and warm. The humidity does not get very high.

Normally, when the sun shines, a light to strong wind blows day and night, cooling down the feel of the temperature, making it very pleasant during the day to be outside. Normally, not so many air conditions get used, also not during night, since the wind gets used to naturally cool down houses and rooms. Many apartments and houses get build in a way, that the natural ventilation cools down the rooms.

According to international studies, the Ceara region and its coast is one of the safest areas of the world for natural disasters: no hurricanes, tornados, earthquakes, floods, tsunamis etc are possible in this reagion.

For foreigners the exchange rate makes it possible, to have a higher living standard than in e.g. Europe. Food, energy, shopping etc are less expensive than in the most western areas.

Brazil is a rising star and already considered an industrial state. Brazil is independent towards oil, gas and other natural resources.

Fortaleza is a city with about 2.5 million inhabitants, offering everything that is needed for a western standard living. The medical system is excellent, with highly educated doctors.

Many sport activities get offered, and there are several golf course projects planned, which will happen within the next 3 years.
